I have looked long and hard at how to bring you the best quality videos and decided on the latest Mpeg4 format. This gives me the best quality at a reasonanable file size and they stream straight into your browser. You don't need any plug ins - just click on the video you want to see and away you go. Also each of my latest videos in the member area comes in two file sizes - one for slow and one for fast broadband/ADSL connections so you can select the one that matches your current connection speed. Of course if you have a slow connection (512kb) then you can still watch the higher quality video. You will just have to be a bit more patient. I suggest you start the stream, go and get your self a large brandy and by the time you come back you should be able to watch it uninterupted!

I also recommend that you download and install Quicktime for the very best viewing experience. Quicktime is free from Apple and you can download it here - http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
